Anybody got an Eaton Compressor? I need a screw compressor.

We are about to finish our new 40 x 60 building for storage next to our shop. We are currently tapped out on electric in our existing building and (http://maplered.com) since we need to add the Pro Edge we were thinking of moving the compressor around to the new building. Problem is the compressor is an old 25 hp IR piston. We thought if we were gonna go through the headache we might as well try to find a screw compressor now. So if you guys have any leads, we'd love to hear them. We were thinking atleast 15hp to 25. Slightly used is cool with us too.

The screw type is DEFINATELY what you want - 25HP or 50HP Try Colorado Compressor at 720-314-1971 I know their in Denver & your in OK, but sometimes they can ship in to your location. In 2004, I set up a shop in PHX and (http://maplered.com) got my compressor from them- 50HP IR with drier & all filters for $13K FOB PHX... Remember that piston types give you 3 1/2 CFM per HP Screws give you 4 1/2 CFM per HP. It might not seem like much of a difference, until you realize that pistons usually only go to 15 to 20HP, while you can get a screw past 100HP. This all equates to more CFM....
